Our dad moved into Dimensions in August. He always says everyone who works there is so nice and he loves talking to all of his neighbors there. They serve good food. The staff is so good to him. There are many who live there that have been there for years and are still so pleased to be there. We looked at five places in the Valley. This was our first and to be honest it was a very easy decision. I feel like when staff is treated good and there is good management they are so much happier and the residents are treated so kindly. This is the case with Dimensions. I love going to visit dad, but I love seeing the friendly staff, and all of the sweet, beautiful, happy residents also.

I can say that this community has the best culture and staff of any community I have been a part of. State regulations are followed to provide the best quality care possible, the staff care deeply about their positions and develop meaningful relationships with residents, relatives of DLA residents become "family". Don't hesitate to move your loved one in here. You walk in and the place feels warm and welcoming. Every single staff member is very kind, friendly and welcoming. This place has an amazing vibe to it. Just doing the tour I felt at ease with this place. I toured other places and none of them felt like this place. I feel 200% at ease knowing my dad is here and feel complete trust in the staff that he is being treated well.

My brother has been living at Age Well since Mid November. From the early stages of investigating various Assisted Living in the area, Age Well has stood out. We are all very happy with this choice. The staff is wonderful, attentive and never fail to accommodate my brother and the family. They have been extremely responsible related to covid, which we have appreciated. The result has been zero residents have had covid since he has been there (and, I believe they have had no resident test positive over the past year). Their activities have been varied and appeal to both women and men. The meals are wonderful. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained. Senior management is always available and consistently work to meet the needs of the resident and the family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, yet, reasonable assisted living facility.

Age Well is a fabulous assisted living community. When you walk in the lobby there are usually residents visiting by the fireplace or in the library. The apartments are large with a full kitchen so it feels like home. The dining room offers several selections for each meal including desserts. The food and service are very good. The activity schedule offers many options including resident-led activities, live music, bingo, gardening, exercise, food tasting, and arts & crafts. My parents are delighted to live there and as children we are so grateful our parents are well cared for by kind staff and are safe. We researched many facilities and this is the best in the Green Bay area. If you still drive, they have heated underground parking to make getting around even easier.

Age well is a fantastic facility, from the administrative office, to the nurses, CNA's, maintenance staff and especially Carrie in life enrichment. The facility is always clean, the staff is always polite and helpful. There are activities on the weekends which you don't see in other places. But most of all the residents that are living at Age Well, are some of the most pleasant, happy, and religious, being able to express themselves, in many ways. After serving as a hospice chaplain for the last 11 years, and working in maintenance at a local nursing home before that, I truly can give Age Well 5 stars. Staff and residents work together to make this place, exceptional!

Went there for a celebration of life church service. Our pastor and a few others in our church lead church service here every Sunday. It's a very nice looking place. The people seem happy. The staff seems nice.

I have been performing musical entertainment at Dimensions for years. The residents seem very happy and often compliment the food and service. They love how Karl pays close attention to them, as a group and individually, when planning and supervising activities. I often describe it as "more of a resort" when making recommendations to anyone who asks me about it.
